Event Inclusions: Each dating holiday includes only the items clearly listed in the package description (e.g., accommodation, meals, activities, ground transport). Unless explicitly stated, flights, visas, and insurance are not included.

Passports & Visas: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas for travel. We do not provide visa support.

Travel Insurance: All guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical care, cancellations, and travel delays. Proof may be requested before travel.

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, availability, or safety concerns. We will inform you of any significant adjustments as early as possible.

Room Assignments: Most packages offer private rooms. If shared accommodations are part of the package, participants will be matched with same-gender roommates unless otherwise requested.

Upgrades: Room upgrades may be available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking.

Respectful Conduct: All participants must conduct themselves respectfully at all times. This is a social and romantic environment, and consent, kindness, and inclusivity are non-negotiable.

No Guarantees: While we facilitate introductions and social settings, we do not guarantee romantic matches or relationship outcomes.

Matchmaking: Some packages include light matchmaking or profile support. These services are offered based on the information provided by members and are not guaranteed to result in compatibility or dates.

Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Violators will be removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future participation.

Substance Use: Alcohol may be served during events. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited.

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your place on a dating holiday. Installment options may be available for some packages.

Cancellation by You:

• 30+ days before departure: 100% refund minus admin fee

• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

• 0–14 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a holiday due to low enrollment, safety concerns, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer credit to another trip.

Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for delays or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

Data Handling: Personal data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of running the event and any matchmaking components.

Photography & Video: We may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to appear, please notify us in writing in advance.

Medical Disclosure: You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to the trip. We reserve the right to decline participation if a health issue may endanger yourself or others.

Physical Fitness: Some holidays may involve light activity (e.g., walking tours, boat trips). Please read the activity level before booking.

Emergency Contacts: You must provide an emergency contact for international trips.
